RV Lot Storage

Uplands residents who own recreational vehicles, there is a secured year round RV storage lot located in the 600 block of Hawkside Mews.
This 14-space enclosure is available for use by residents at a current cost of $385* plus GST per year, subject to proof of insurance and vehicle ownership. The period of rental is from July 1st to June 30th. |

The Lottery
Because of the limited number of spots and in fairness to all residents wishing to avail themselves of the RV storage facility, a lottery is held to assign spaces for a period of one year.

- Obtain a lottery draw application form from the the distributed newsletter sent out prior to the draw.
- Successful applicants with paperwork completed will be assigned a space in the RV lot.**
- All names will be drawn and a waiting list established for those who were unsuccessful in the lottery. Additional names will be added to the waiting list on a first-come basis throughout the year.
Rules & Regulations
Only recreational vehicles** owned by Uplands residents may be parked in the RV lot.
- Only residents in good standing with regards to their Association Fees will be entered in the RV lottery.
*(An annual review of the operating cost will be undertaken with the fee adjusted to reflect the cost of maintenance including reserves for future repairs, taxes, etc).
**(Recreational vehicles include motor homes, hitch and fifth-wheel trailers and other recreational vehicles on trailers. All vehicles and trailers must be in good repair.)
