Upcoming Uplands Fitness Classes!  
Our Summer fitness session is just wrapping up and it’s time to register for our Fall session, which starts just after Labour Day.  If you took the summer off your fitness program, now’s the time to jump back on track!
 
Below are the particulars for our Fall session:
 
Cardio Classes  
Cardio Muscle Works – Monday mornings 9:30-10:30 am (13 wks – Sept 9th to Dec 16th, excluding Oct 14th and Nov 11th)
Cardio Core & More – Wed  mornings 9:30-10:30 am (16 wks – Sept 4th to Dec 18th inclusive)  
Zumba Dance Workout – Wed  evenings 7-8 pm (16 wks – Sept 4th to Dec 18th inclusive)
Move & Lift – Friday mornings 9:30-10:30 am (15 wks – Sept 6th to Dec 13th inclusive)
 
Mind-Body Classes  
Yoga Flow – Mon evenings 7:00-8:00 pm (13 wks – Sept 9th to Dec 16th, excluding Oct 14th and Nov 11th)
Seniors' Mobility & Balance– Tues afternoons, 1:30-2:30 pm (16 wks – Sept 3rd to Dec 17th inclusive)
Yoga for Strength & Mobility – Sat morning 10:00-11:00 am (14 wks – Sept 7th to Dec 14th, excluding Oct 12th)

Multi-Class pass* options for the Fall Session: 
     15 classes = $8/class for Uplands residents (“R”) & $10/class for non-residents (“NR”)
       8 classes = $9/class (R) & $11/class (NR)
       4 classes = $10/class (R) & $12/class (NR)  
  Single class* drop-ins are available for $11/class (R) & $13/class (NR)
*All passes are valid until December 20th,  2024.
 
All registrations and payments must be done online through our Wellness Living software, which can be accessed here. 
Advance to the September calendar, click on a class to book it and get your payment options.
