Seasons Greetings! Hope you are enjoying the beautiful winter holiday season. We're just wrapping up our Fall fitness session and it's time to start thinking about our Winter session of classes. They will run from January 7th to March 30th this year (12 weeks).
Register for classes now by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (don’t “reply” or your message will go back to Darlene). Both Uplands residents and non-residents are most welcome!
Information required for registration includes full name, address (if Uplands resident), phone number where you can be reached during the day and an email address for confirmation purposes. Please feel free to forward this email to friends, family and co-workers who you think may be interested in our programs.

Full session pricing is $8/class for Uplands residents (“R”) and $10/class for non-residents (“NR”).
Multi Class Discount!! Sign up for 3 or more full sessions (not punchcards) and receive 10% off your registration fees!!
Drop-in Punchcards are available for all classes, and are $9/class for (R) & $11/class for (NR). Let me know how many classes you can attend, and we’ll customize your Punchcard for you!
( *Remember… if you cannot attend all of the classes you have purchased for a specific class, you may use your Punchcard to drop in to other classes in the same session.*)
Single Class Drop-in Pricing Once classes are confirmed, you can drop in to any class that's running (without pre-registering) for $1 more/class - ie. $10/class for (R) & $12/class for (NR) - exact cash only please!

Cardio, Core & More – Wed mornings 9:30-10:30 am (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 9th to March 27th inclusive
Total Body Tabata – Fri mornings 9:30-10:30 am (12 wks - $$96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 11th to March 29th inclusive
Yoga Flow – Sat mornings 10:00-11:00 am (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 12th through March 30th inclusive
Yoga Flow – Mon evenings 7:00-8:00 pm (11 wks - $88 (R) $110 (NR); Jan 7th thru Mar 25th inclusive (excl Family Day Feb 18th)
Candlelight Yoga & Relaxation – Thurs evenings, 8:00-9:00 pm (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 10th to March 28th inclusive
