The Uplands is a small community nestled in a hillside of northwest Calgary. The neighborhoods are beautifully designed, leaving you with the feeling you are living in a wonderful park. Uplands residents are automatically members of the Uplands Homeowners Association (UHA). Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, the UHA is a not-for-profit corporation, established to manage the community facilities.
The UHA protects its members' rights and privileges and provides democratic regulatory administration.
The Uplands has been very grateful as a past recipient of the CFEP (Community Facility Enhancement Program). The grants that have been received to date funded 50% of the capital projects that this facility has been working on since 2010. This program has provided the funding to purchase, build, renovate or upgrade our facilities.
