Current Session of Fitness at The Uplands
Hello Fitness Enthusiasts!
Seasons Greetings! Hope you are enjoying the beautiful winter holiday season. We're just wrapping up our Fall fitness session and it's time to start thinking about our Winter session of classes. They will run from January 6th to March 31st this year (12-1/2 weeks). In addition to our weekly classes, we're also offering monthly Yoga classes, specifically geared towards common injuries and issues.

Cardio and Core-Focused Classes
Boomer Bootcamp – Mon ams 9:30-10:30 am (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 6th thru Mar 30th (excl Family Day Feb 17th)
Cardio, Core & More – Wed mornings 9:30-10:30 am (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 8th to March 25th inclusive
Total Body Tabata – Fri mornings 9:30-10:30 am (12 wks - $$96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 10th to March 27th inclusive
Candlelight Yoga & Relaxation – Thurs evenings, 8:00-9:00 pm (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 9th to March 26th inclusive
Gentle Yoga– Thurs afternoons, 1:30-2:30 pm (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 9th to March 26th inclusive - *NEW*
Seniors' Mobility & Balance– Tues afternoons, 1:30-2:30 pm (13 wks - $104 (R) $130 (NR); Jan 7th to March 31st inclusive
Yoga Flow – Mon evenings 7:00-8:00 pm (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 6th thru Mar 30th (excl Family Day Feb 17th)
Yoga Flow – Sat mornings 10:00-11:00 am (12 wks - $96 (R) $120 (NR); Jan 11th through March 28th inclusive
Monthly Yoga Series *NEW*
Spinal Care Yoga – Tues evenings 7:00-8:00 pm (3 classes - $10/class (R) $12/class (NR); Jan 14th, Feb 11th and/or Mar 10th
Yoga for Shoulders – Wed evening 6:30-7:30 pm ($10/class (R) $12/class (NR); Jan 22nd only
Yoga for Backs – Wed evening 6:30-7:30 pm ($10/class (R) $12/class (NR); Feb 19th only
Yoga for Happy Hamstrings – Wed evening 6:30-7:30 pm ($10/class (R) $12/class (NR); Mar 18th only
Register for classes now by emailing email@example.com (don’t “reply” or your message will go back to Darlene). Both Uplands residents and non-residents are most welcome!
Information required for registration includes full name, address (if Uplands resident), phone number where you can be reached during the day and an email address for confirmation purposes. Please feel free to forward this email to friends, family and co-workers who you think may be interested in our programs.
Full session pricing is $8/class for Uplands residents (“R”) and $10/class for non-residents (“NR”).
Multi Class Discount!! Sign up for 3 or more full sessions (not punchcards) and receive 10% off your registration fees!!
Multi-class Drop-in Punchcards are available for all classes for $9/class (R) & $11/class (NR). Let me know how many classes you can attend, and we’ll customize your Punchcard for you!
Single class drop-ins are available for $10/class (R) & $12/class (NR). Exact change only please.
