The physical benefits initially attracted Dannie to yoga, but the sense of presence and balance she discovered keeps her coming back. She completed a 200 hr yoga teacher training in 2015 with the intention of sharing her love of yoga with others and continues to learn and explore with each practice.
Her classes are flow style, with a focus on mindfulness and connecting breath with movement.
Dannie's favorite things about teaching at the Uplands are the sense of welcoming community and the gorgeous mountain views!
